Ben Lawder* (President and Chairman of the Board of Directors) – Ben is currently a Director in the marketing group at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). Between his current role and past experience at BearingPoint, Accenture, Georgia Tech, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, he has broad exposure to both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Ben plans to pursue an advanced degree and career in nonprofit management. He oversees the overall operations of the organization, strategic planning, fundraising, and programs.
Charles Battle (Director) – Charles recently retired from a 30-year career at Wachovia Bank. In addition to advising the organization on financial and strategic matters, Charles brings expertise in fundraising and board development for nonprofit organizations.
Kathleen Berry (Secretary) - Kathleen is currently wrapping up her Chemical Engineering degree at Georgia Tech. She comes with a variety of experiences serving in the Atlanta area. With her knack for details, she is our lead on The White Envelope Project in all of its facets.
Greg Eierman (Director) – Greg brings experience from several renowned companies including Apple, Accenture and Spherion. His energy, passion, and expertise in executive leadership, strategic planning, and process re-engineering are tremendous assets to Giving101.
Billy Lawder* (Vice President / Treasurer) – Billy is currently a logistics manager at Simmons Bedding Company after spending 5.5 years at The Home Depot in the supply chain and asset protection organizations. He has expertise in budgeting, logistics, distribution, product fulfillment, and project management. He manages our finances and donor relations.
Stuart Lawder* (Creative Director) – Stuart is our in-house art department, webmaster, and creative guru. Currently pursing a degree in Industrial Design at Georgia Tech, he has designed and built websites for several small businesses and nonprofits. Stuart also oversees our marketing and branding.
Marina Peterson (Director) – Marina brings us practical experience from the nonprofit sector with Teach for America and Junior Achievement as well as marketing, advertising, project management expertise through her role at Global Rescue. She is currently the Site Manager at Boston University for Jumpstart.
Christina Schrerrer (Director) – Christina obtained her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and currently works as an Assistant Professor at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA. Her knowledge of education techniques, systems, quality control, and logistics provide unique perspective for our Board.

Patience Allan-Glick – Patience Allan-Glick is State Director of the newly established Georgia affiliate of The LEAGUE Worldwide, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to engaging today’s K-12 students in service to their communities and developing the next generation of volunteers and philanthropists.
Mark Butler - Mark Butler is the President of CXO Staffing and an award-winning internet industry veteran that focuses on Executive Search and IT Staffing involved with web strategy, website design, custom business application development, social media, and interactive marketing.
Mark Chambless – Mark is a CPA, and is currently employed as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for the Simmons Bedding Company. Prior to Simmons, Mark worked nine years at Sealy Corporation as a Division Controller, Plant Controller, and Plant Manager.
Tony Chan – Tony Chan is the Senior Director of International Programs at Habitat for Humanity International. Tony’s background has been in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, including positions at Hands On Atlanta, Arthur Andersen, Accenture, and Intel Corporation.
Sam Davidson – Sam Davidson is a speaker, writer and dreamer who believes that anyone can change the world. Three years ago he co-founded Cool People Care, a media and lifestyle company helping anyone live a more caring lifestyle.
Liz Glazka – Liz Galazka, Senior Vice President Business Development & Client Services at Atlanta Business Bank. A veteran in the dental industry, Liz brings her 16 years of business office management experience from one of the leading cosmetic offices in the country to the ABB team.
Leah Hughes – Leah Miranda Hughes grew up in Dalton, GA determined to be a poet. She now lives in Atlanta where she teaches college English and Humanities courses and tutors high school students toward college admissions.
Alina Staskevicius – Alina Staskevicius is a fourth year Industrial Engineering major at Georgia Tech, graduating in May 2010. Alina leads the Georgia Tech student body as Undergradute Student Government President.
Rusty Williams – With over five years experience in recruiting, Rusty currently serves as an Account Manager of The Intersect Group, an Atlanta-based, women owned consulting and staffing firm with expertise in IT and Finance & Accounting.
